Llanelli Scarlets Cashback

Scarlets Cash Back 2007-8

The Llanelli Scarlets Cash Back scheme is a fantastic way to raise funds for your organisation while enjoying all the excitement of world class rugby and the Scarlets match day experience at Stradey Park.

We as a Community Rugby Department are encouraging groups of people to attend games at Stradey Park, while also providing an alternative method of fundraising, to help them raise much needed funds via the scheme, towards worthwhile causes, whist enjoying first class rugby with us – in some cases for the first time.

How Does Cash Back Work?

What games can I come to?

Any Scarlets home game – be it in the Magners League, EDF Anglo-Welsh Cup or the Heineken Cup competitions. The demand will be very high for some fixtures and the tickets are subject to availability, so if you have a particular game you wish to attend, please contact the Cash Back office early.

How much can we raise?

That depends on how many tickets you sell…The more games you attend the more money you can make!

The only requirement for Cash Back is that your group buys a minimum of 20 Tickets.

For each ticket purchased the Scarlets will give you HALF THE FACE VALUE of the ticket purchased back within 30 days, via BACS.

Example:

For 10 Adult Field Tickets @ £12.00 x 10 = £120 and

10 Junior Field Tickets @ £3.00 x 10 = £30.00

Total cost of £150 =

Your club would receive a total Cash Back amount of £75.00

Where will we be sitting?

You can buy tickets for anywhere in the ground. However, all tickets will be subject to availability. We recommend you purchase your tickets as early as possible for your selected game.

How do we get our money?

Within 30 days of you enjoying your Cash Back visit, payment will be made into your groups’ bank account by the Bank Automated Clearing System (BACS).

The account must be in the name of the organisation – please note no payment will be made to private individuals’ accounts.

Cheque payments can also be made in special circumstances.

What does the co-ordinator do?

The appointed co-ordinator will be the main point of contact with the Cash Back office at the Club. They are responsible for ordering and selling the tickets and for making arrangements for any planned visits to games. There will also be extra incentives throughout the season to ‘earn’ extra items such as signed photos, signed balls and hospitality to home games. There will also be prizes for the best overall Cash Back co-ordinator of the season – an added incentive to sell more tickets!
