Parc y Scarlets, which is home to the Llanelli Scarlets Rugby Club, benefits from unrivalled Conference and Events facilities, a bespoke approach and a host of special events, all of which give Parc y Scarlet’s a distinct appeal.
The Conference and Events at Parc y Scarlets are managed and operated by Event Management Catering (EMC). EMC has already established an impressive range of catering contracts across the North of England including KC Stadium, Hull and Galpharm Stadium, Huddersfield and Leigh Sport’s Village.
The variety of Conference and Events suites at Parc y Scarlets will accommodate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, dinners, celebrations, weddings and much more from as little as 2 – 350 guests, and the 4 suites, exhibition hall space, training barn and 15 corporate hospitality boxes, provide the flexibility for seminars and syndicate groups for all conference and event requirements.
The conference and events team offer a personal, dedicated approach to the delivery of every event, together with creative and flexible menus and delegate packages with a bespoke approach that will ensure your clients expectations are met time and time again.

We will have the following suites available at Parc y Scarlets Stadium:
The Quinnell Lounge – With superb pitch views and large bar area, situated in the South Stand, this function suite will be the main banqueting lounge and can accommodate up to 350 patrons.
Carwyn James – Acting as the main sponsors lounge on a match day, with its own bar, situated in the South Stand, this suite can accommodate up to 96 patrons for a variety of functions including banqueting.
Phil Bennett Lounge – Acting as the Debentures holders lounge on a match day, this suite with its own bar, situated in the South Stand, can accommodate up to 315 patrons for a variety of functions including banqueting.
Delme Thomas Bar – Acting as the public bar on a match day, this suite can cater for up to 504 patrons for a variety of functions and is particularly suited to family celebrations. With hire costs starting at £100 for evening hire and the option of the client providing their own catering. Situated in the South Stand on the ground floor, this suite provides an attractive option for community use.
TV Studio – Acting as the presenters area on a match day, situated in the South Stand, this area, with its floor to ceiling glass fronted views of the pitch, provides an attractive option for your board meeting, training course or anything else, where you need only accommodate up to 24 patrons.
Coaches Box – As with the TV Studio, situated in the South Stand, this area has floor to ceiling glass fronted views of the pitch and can accommodate up to 24 patrons.
Executive Boxes – The box holder areas can be hired for day / evening use and can accommodate up to 12 patrons. Whether you need to have a quiet day office or wish to use it for meetings or for small training sessions or even as ancillary rooms for a larger event, this option provides another flexible approach to room hire options.
