The region will be selling wristbands for entry into the indoor Supporters Village at Parc y Scarlets for the Leinster (Dec 12th) and Ospreys (Boxing Day) fixtures.
With a maximum of 1,500 places available inside the Supporters Village under the building's license agreement, the Scarlets have to ensure access is tightly controlled and in order to achieve this places are to be booked in advance; any surplus will be available on the match day to satisfy demand.
Scarlets Chief Executive Paul Sergeant said: "We have a fantastic and exciting month ahead of us, with some great fixtures to entertain our supporters and from what we've seen of ticket sales to date we're expecting some big crowds over the festive period, which is great.
"To make sure we look after big crowds of people in the best way possible, we have reviewed how we can best achieve this safely and have decided that a wristband initiative is the most practical solution for those people wanting to gain access to the Supporters Village.
"Anyone wanting to take part in the various fun activities in the Village will be able to purchase a wristband for £2 (adults) £1 (child) which will guarantee them a place inside the indoor centre. They will be sold at Parc y Scarlets on a first come, first served basis.
"The Supporters Village has been a massive success this season and we want to ensure it remains a great place to go. On big occasions and major events, we have to have effective crowd control measures both to satisfy our licensing requirements but equally to make sure people have a really enjoyable experience. Issuing tickets or wristbands is a tried and tested way to do this."
The Scarlets wristbands will go on sale next week from within the Supporters Village at Parc y Scarlets at the Scarlets V Edinburgh game on Friday 4th November kick-off 7.05pm. Thereafter they will be available over the counter from the Stadium's Merchandise Store.
The Scarlets Merchandise Store is open from 9.30am until 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am - 3pm on Sundays with late nights until 8pm on Monday 30th November for the Open Training Event and week commencing December 14th.
