Leave the M4 at Junction 48. Turn right at the junction on to the A4138 signposted Llanelli. Stay on the A4138 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the traffic lights with a Premier Inn on your left, turn left immediately after the hotel following the Stadium parking signs.

From the East

Cardiff Met Ladies FC will take on Cardiff City Ladies FC at Parc y Scarlets on Tuesday evening, 7th May kick-off 6.15pm, in the FAW Women's Cup Final.

Ladies Race Night is promising to be a fantastic night out for the girls giving you an opportunity to put on your favourite frock topped with the best hat / fascinator you can lay your hands on! There'll be prizes for best dressed lady and best hat with the winners chosen by the Scarlets players.
