Carmarthen born Aled Thomas, Whitland's Dan Newton and Newcastle Emlyn's Gareth Davies all returned West last week to lend a helping hand with Fishguard and Goodwick's under 8s training session.

Scarlets' Community officers went along to the West Wales club to share their rugby knowledge. The children had the opportunity to learn hand-eye coordination amongst other rugby skills.
