Cash Back

The Scarlets Cash Back scheme is a fantastic way to raise funds for your organisation while enjoying all the excitement of regional rugby and the Scarlets match day experience at the Scarlets home of Parc Y Scarlets.

The Scarlets Community Department is encouraging groups of people to watch the Scarlets, while also providing an alternative method of fundraising to raise much needed funds for their schools, rugby clubs and charitable causes while enjoying regional rugby at Parc y Scarlets.

What games can we attend?

You can visit any Scarlets home game – be it in the Magners League, Anglo-Welsh Cup or Heineken Cup competitions. The demand for some fixtures will be very high and the tickets are subject to availability, so if you have a particular game you wish to attend, please contact the Community Department as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

How much can we raise?

The amount you raise for your group depends on how many tickets you buy…The more games you attend the more money you can make!
You can attend just one game per season or target certain games to attend throughout the season! Why not invite your friends, family and work colleagues if you’re planning a Cash Back visit- you don’t have to limit the tickets to your rugby club, school or group! As long as you purchase the minimum number of tickets in the name of your registered Cash Back Club, your group will receive 50% of your total ticket spend.
The only requirement for Cash Back is that your group buys a minimum of 20 - 30 Tickets, depending on the fixture.

The minimum numbers of tickets required for the majority of Magners League games are 20, Anglo-Welsh games are 25 and Heineken Cup games are 30 tickets. These can be any price and for any part of the ground. (Subject to availability)
For each ticket purchased the Scarlets will give you HALF THE FACE VALUE of the ticket purchased back within 14 days of the game, paid via BACS into your clubs bank account. Easy and quick reward for watching the Scarlets play!
For Example:
10 Adult Enclosure Tickets @ £20.00 x 10 = £200
10 Junior Enclosure Tickets @ £5.00 x 10 = £50.00
Total cost of £250 
Your club would receive a total Cash Back amount of £125.00
In addition to receiving the Cash Back into your group’s account, you can also ‘earn’ additional items and incentives the more games you attend:

Clubs Scheme:

1 Game = Cash Back
2 Games = Cash Back + Small Kit Package
3 Games = Cash Back + Kit Package + Rugby session with your club at the new Barn Facility at Parc Y Scarlets

School Scheme

1 Game = Cash Back 
2 Games = Cash Back + Signed, Framed photo of your school’s visit to watch the Scarlets
3 Games = Cash Back + Kit Package + Skills Session at the Barn facility at Parc Y Scarlets

Where will our seats be allocated?

You can buy tickets for anywhere in the ground. However, there will be greater demand for tickets for certain games, such as Heineken Cup games and of course local derby games. All tickets will be subject to availability, but we recommend you contact the Cash back office as early as possible early to book your tickets for your selected game.

How do we get our money?

Within 14 days of you enjoying your Cash Back visit, payment will be made into your groups’ bank account by the Bank Automated Clearing System (BACS).
The account must be in the name of the organisation, school, club – please note no payment will be made to private individuals’ accounts.
Cheque payments can also be made in special circumstances, such as selected Building Society Accounts.

What do I need to do if I am a co-ordinator?

Your groups designated ‘co-ordinator’ will be the main point of contact with the Community Department at the Scarlets. They are responsible for ordering and selling the tickets and for making arrangements for any planned visits to games.
The coordinator does all the hard work throughout the season – but in recognition for their hard work, there is a Cash Back Award at the end of the season for the Best Co-ordinator!
There will also be extra incentives throughout the season to ‘earn’ extras such as signed items and equipment. There will also be prizes for the best overall Cash Back Club, The Most Visits Made and of course the Best co-ordinator of the season – an added incentive to sell more tickets!
