The Region’s Chief Executive, Paul Sergeant, said today: "We are excited about the future of the stadium in terms of the events that can be held here and look forward to a successful future for this part of the business.
“It is important for the club to ensure that all aspects of the business are flourishing and we hope that the steps we have taken will contribute towards a more prosperous future for our business going forward.”
The region made the decision to end the contract after failing to agree a budget for next season with EMC.
The region's plan is to now bring the management of both match day and non-match day catering at the stadium in-house and believe this will improve service and value for supporters and increase profitability for the business.
More details on the new arrangements will be released in the next few weeks.

The Scarlets have moved to develop the provision of stadium catering available at their £23million home, Parc y Scarlets after bringing their current external contract with Event Management Catering Limited (EMC) to an end.
