We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in providing an extremely high level of food using the finest, fresh ingredients to produce menus that exceed the expectations of our guests, players and management team.
You will ideally have Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef experience, extremely high standards and a good knowledge of modern food trends. You will have experience of ordering and stock control in and extensive experience in fresh food production.
Desirable criteria
• NVQ Levels 1 & 2
• First Aid Qualified
• Welsh Speaker
