He said: "I've been a Scarlets and Llanelli supporter all my life and never had a season ticket because I just didn't go to all the games but now with a young family who are really enthusiastic about Scarlets rugby and with free tickets for young children - it's a great day out for us.
"We really want to encourage and support the kids enthusiasm for the Scarlets and nurture their interest in the sport, it's great to see something that really grabs their imagination. There's not many options open to families now to do things together like this in a safe and exciting environment which we all enjoy."
"We came to two or three games at the end of last season and were really impressed with the stadium, the electric atmosphere and the amount done to support families. It's safe and well-organised and the Supporters Village is a brilliant facility on match days.
Peter and his children Oliver (6) Niamh (4) and Noah (2) will be joining up with two other families who have also come on board as Scarlets season ticket holders with young children to sit together on match days.
"With prices like these and the fact my three children come in for free, it's a no brainer really."
And favourite players in the Scott household include Stephen Jones and Rob McCusker.
The Scarlets say the new offers have got a positive reaction from the supporters with numbers well up on this time last year
With young Scarlets like Rob McCusker, Tavis Knoyle, Ken Owens, Jonathan Davies all performing on the Welsh stage recently - the Scarlets are showing that their philosophy to develop from within is paying off. And there's now evidence from the increases in season ticket take-up from last year, that the new Scarlets era is making an impression on the region's faithful.
Scarlets Commercial Director, Rupert Moon said the rate of sales has been unprecedented: "We are on course this season to have a record number of Scarlets season ticket holders - we've hit 3,000 in just over three weeks and we've still got six weeks until our first game. And there's always an upsurge in demand at the end of August as our friendlies get underway, the new season approaches and fixtures are announced. So it's looking good so far.
"The other big difference is that we are seeing uptake from new customers, which is what we want and what we need to do as a region. We have worked hard over the past season to really engage with our support base - those who have always been with us and those that that need to get reacquainted and reignited by everything that is Scarlets rugby.
"People are seeing that our investment in Welsh talent like Tavis and Rob is paying off and we have been true to our pledge to make coming to the Scarlets about more than just a rugby game. The indoor Supporters Village is something which no other region can offer - we're the only ones that have a bespoke 1,500 person indoor venue for games and we are now working out how we can expand it for next season, its been such a huge attraction."
This year sees the first-ever 12-month payment plan allowing season ticket holders to spread the cost with 12 monthly payments which has been well-received.
And there is the £99 adult season ticket - the best value in Wales, plus the entry price point for a family of four - that's two adults and two children is under £200.
With a strong emphasis on attracting families, the Scarlets say they think families should be able to choose where they want to be and integrate with the rest of the support base. Secondary school children (U18s) have the chance to buy a ticket for the enclosure for £16 for a whole season - that's a £1 a game.
