The awards scheme - facilitated by Pembrokeshire Youth's team of school based youth workers - offers young people the opportunity to undertake a course of study which involves them in working together to achieve goals relating to their education, training and future lives.
The young people were presented with their certificates by the Chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council, Councillor John George, and the Director of the Prince's Trust Wales, Rick Libbey.
