Get Started is a short programme that engages and develops young people through sports or the arts.
This initiative will mark the first of many partnerships between the Trust and the West Wales rugby region.
Programmes are on average five days long are open to unemployed 16-25 year olds and comprise of a variety of activities, final challenge event and a final celebration to recognise their achievement.
The Scarlets Get Started Programme will include activities such as coaching sessions, first aid response training and festival organising skills.
Scarlets Community Officer Justin Lloyd said: "We are really pleased to get on board with the Prince's Trust and believe that this gives young unemployed people a fantastic opportunity to get back in to the world of work.
"The programme held here at Parc y Scarlets will be informative, action packed and will increase their confidence but most of all, fun. Teamwork is essential in rugby and they will learn to build relationships with others and to work as part of a team."
