The candidates, young people not in employment, training or full time education, learnt a variety of new skills such as team building, communication skills and coaching skills.
The course was a massive success and the Prince's Trust Regional Director Rick Libbey praised the facilities and how the course was run.
Jo Taylor, Prince's Trust Programme Executive, said: "I honestly can't wait for the next course to be run here at Parc Y Scarlets, the young adults have taken a lot out of this week and have learnt many different skills."
Each candidate received a First Aid certificate, Tag Leader Award certificate and a certificate of achievement from the Prince's Trust.
In order to put their newly learnt skills to the test each candidate had the opportunity to coach children from local rugby clubs on the last day of the course.
The week ended with an awards ceremony which was held in the Phil Bennett Lounge at Parc y Scarlets. Each candidate gave a short presentation to the guests present outlining what they had learnt and enjoyed about the course.
Scarlets' Community Officer, Justin Lloyd said: "We at the Scarlets are very proud of the fact that we are the first region in Wales to run such a course and are very proud of the boys. They all did exceptionally well and have learnt skills that can be taken with them in to the workplace."
