The selection process is now complete with the final squad of 30 named following on from the two pre-season friendlies against RGC1404 in Llanidloes on Sunday 19^th August, KO2pm and the annual visit to Leicester on 22^nd August where the under 16s will take on Leicester Tigers and Northampton.

Both games were a trial for the remaining players to give their all in order to make the final squad of 30 for the forthcoming season.

The competitive season will kick off against the Ospreys on 5^th September at Llandarcy.

The selection process began early on in the summer with the coaching staff, under the leadership of Head Coach Rob Walters, taking their time to review and assess the players.

After a number of training sessions held within indoor training facilities due to the poor weather the ID process moved up a notch with the group heading for the Army training camp at Pannally, Tenby. The players had an opportunity to experience a little of army life such as team building exercises which included a 6am run along Tenby's glorious coastline.
