You will be welcomed to Parc y Scarlets like a true film star as you make your way in to the VIP entrance along our red carpet.
The evening will start with a fantastic champagne reception accompanied by movie soundtracks from all of the box office hits.
We have created an Oscar-worthy bespoke five course menu to ensure you feel like you're at a spectacular awards ceremony.
Tasty award-ceremony inspired five course menu:
• Chicken liver and brandy parfait, served with leaf salad and rustic breads
• Leek and potato soup, with herbed croutons
• Roast saddle of Welsh Lamb with apricot and rosemary seasoning, Roast Pembrokeshire Potatoes & Seasonal Welsh Vegetables
• Limoncello Creme Brulee with shortbread biscuit
• Welsh Cheeseboard with Chutney, biscuits and walnuts

Dinner will be followed by live entertainment and a disco wich will take you in to the night. At miodnight there will be a breathtaking fireworks display to welcome in the New Year in style.
