Adjudicating will be Tudur Dylan, in none other than rugby referee Nigel Owens' jersey and there'll be plenty to keep you entertained whilst the poets are busy writing their tasks.
Representing the regions in their respective shirts will be:
Dragons: Frank Olding, Aled Evans, Huw Meirion Edwards and Jan Thomas.
Blues: Ynyr Williams, Llyr Gwyn Lewis, Gruffudd Owen and Gwennan Evans
Ospreys: Rhys Iorwerth, Mari George, Idris Reynolds and Osian Rhys Jones.
Scarlets: Emyr Lewis, Eurig Salisbury, Iwan Rhys and Aneirin Karadog.
The evening's special guest will be Dafydd Jones. Free admission, with food and drink available for purchase on the night.
