REGIONAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST ASSISTANT
The Scarlets in association with the Welsh Rugby Union are looking to offer an Regional Performance Analyst Assistant position.
Based predominantly in Llanelli, reporting to the Scarlets Head of Performance Analysis, the successful applicant will be responsible for analysis provision to all Scarlets Age Grade Teams, a Welsh Rugby Union National Elite Squad, as well as assisting the Scarlets Senior Analysis Department.

EMC was formed in July 2005 and is proud to be running the portfolio of sports, social and event catering for the prestigious Parc y Scarlets.
The Company intends to build an unrivalled reputation for food and service and recognises the importance of the contribution made by all the management and staff.
We are currently recruiting for our team here at Stradey and also for a much larger team that will be needed at Parc y Scarlets. The facilities at the new stadium will include 13 bar/food kiosks, 6 bars, 2 restaurants and 15 executive boxes serving over 600 hospitality guests. We will also be one of the country’s top conference and events facilities and as such we are looking to be running events most days of the week which will provide much needed work to the area.

Stradey Park
Bar Supervisors - £6 per hour with the potential to increase to £7 per hour
We are recruiting for a strong team of bar supervisors who will start here at Stradey Park in September before moving over and forming our supervisory team at the new stadium in November.
We are looking for enthusiastic, well presented, polite individuals with previous bar experience and a passion for exceeding our guests expectations.
Parc y Scarlets
We are looking for a team of enthusiastic, well presented, polite and flexible individuals who will strive to provide excellent products and first class customer service to all of our guests.
We are recruiting for a team who will be starting in November 2008 and are looking to fill the following roles:
Supervisors/Team Leaders
We are looking for individuals who have gained supervisory experience within a fast food, commercial canteen, bar or restaurant operation, preferably with knowledge of basic food hygiene. Supervisors will be charged with overseeing various aspects of the stadiums food and beverage service. They will be responsible for a small team and will be involved in staff briefings, checking in and out procedures as well overseeing the operation of that team with regards to setting up, service and closing down (or turn around) procedures.
Bar Staff
You will be involved in setting up bars before service, actual service of beverages, cash handling and closing down or turning bar areas around for a different use. Individuals must be able to work flexible hours especially weekends and evenings.
Kiosk Staff
We are looking for people who preferably have some fast food and beverage service experience gained in somewhere like McDonalds or a coffee shop/bar. This isn’t essential as all individuals will be given full training. The kiosk team will work under the instruction of a supervisor/team leader and will ensure fast speed and high level service of hand held food and drink products during stadium events. They must be able to work flexible hours with particular requirements being weekends and evenings
Waiting Staff
You will be involved in the service of food at the stadium in our VIP areas. This involvement includes setting up suites and rooms, actual food service as well as closing down or turning rooms around. Individuals must be able to work flexible hours especially weekends and evenings.
